Funded by the New York State Office of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, Day Habilitation provides half-day and full-day services and transportation to people who qualify for Medicaid Wavier Services. Person Centered Planning Services are utilized to identify consumer interests, strengths and motivations.
