Food Skills/ Hospitality Industry
This 26 week course is designed to prepare an individual to work in entry level employment in the hospitality industry; entry level food service occupations.

At the completion of program the student will be proficient in Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations (OSHA), customer service, personal hygiene in the food service environment, food handling regulations based upon industry standards, basic food preparation; hot and cold including serving, menu planning and grill and sandwich counter techniques.
