This 26 week course is designed to prepare an individual to work in entry level employment in the hospitality industry; building maintenance occupations. Prerequisite requirements include the physical ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs. and the capacity for walking, standing, stooping, bending, reaching, crouching, crawling and handling.

At the completion of program the student will be proficient in Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations (OSHA), general cleaning and floor care, customer service, tool identification and usage, basic woodworking, basic painting and building repair, basic plumbing/electric repair and basic inventory of supplies.
